Vibration data is the cornerstone of predictive intelligence.
Route Based Vibration Data Collection

Vibration data is the cornerstone of predictive intelligence.

Using the award winning Emerson AMS 2140 analyzer, our technicians can provide standalone vibration route based data collection and analysis, or we can coexist with your site Team.

Route based analysis provides early indications of: imbalance, misalignment, bearing, sleeve, gear and lubrication conditions so corrective maintenance can be planned.
In the process of diagnosing rotating machinery, it may become unavoidable to do some structural vibration analysis as well.
Modal & ODS Analysis

In the process of diagnosing rotating machinery, it may become unavoidable to do some structural vibration analysis as well.

Often this is done by performing ODS (Operating Deflection Shape Analysis) or Modal Analysis. ODS Modal analysis produces an animation of how the machine is moving during operation from the measured machine vibration. Being able to see what the machine is doing while it is running can help you determine the root cause of any problems.
Our Team can perform precision alignment on operating assets after a repair or rebuild.
Laser Alignment

Our Team can perform precision alignment on operating assets after a repair or rebuild.

This alignment can often extend the availability of an asset from months to years. Emerson’s laser shaft alignment solution includes the alignment application for the AMS 2140 Machinery Health Analyzer as well as the AMS 8240 sensALIGN™ high-precision laser shaft alignment fixtures. Together, these pieces comprise a complete alignment system that gets the job done quickly and accurately.

Our team provides accurate vibration diagnostic techniques based on sound engineering principles.

We provide the data to accurately diagnose the source of vibration, and how to remediate it.
