Rosemount 648 Wireless Temperature Transmitter

Rosemount™ 648 Wireless Temperature Transmitter:  The Rosemount 648 Wireless Temperature Transmitter offers best-in-class wireless accuracy and stability for process monitoring. This durable transmitter is designed with a dual-compartment housing for field reliability. When combined with Rosemount X-well™ Technology and the Rosemount 0085 Pipe Clamp sensor, this transmitter can provide accurate measurement of process temperature via an in-transmitter thermal conductivity algorithm, eliminating the need for a thermowell or process penetration.


Rosemount 644 Temperature Transmitter

Rosemount™ 644 Temperature Transmitter:  Engineered for versatility, the Rosemount 644 Temperature Transmitter is available with HART®, FOUNDATION™ Fieldbus or PROFIBUS® protocols in head, field or rail mount styles and a variety of enclosure options. By adding a Local Operator Interface (LOI), you can update your transmitter configuration in the field without tools. For diverse application requirements, this transmitter includes diagnostic capabilities, such as Hot Backup™ capability, sensor drift alert and thermocouple degradation.

Rosemount RTD Temperature Sensor

Rosemount™ 214C RTD Temperature Sensor: The Rosemount 214C RTD Temperature Sensor is a Pt-100, single or dual element resistant temperature detector (RTD) that covers a wide range of temperatures, from -321 to 1112°F (-196 to 600°C). An exceptional solution, this sensor has a thin-film and wire-wound design for application flexibility. With many calibration options, including Class A or B sensor accuracy, this sensor also offers Callendar-Van Dusen constants for transmitter-sensor matching to provide the highest level of accuracy.

Rosemount™ 114C Thermowell: Engineered with solid barstock, the Rosemount 114C Thermowell is designed to accommodate a host of industry-standard configurations while ensuring strength and integrity for your process measurements. This flexible thermowell solution is available in threaded, flanged, Van Stone and welded mounting styles with straight, tapered or stepped stem profiles to meet a variety of application requirements. Rosemount™ 0085 Pipe Clamp Temperature Sensor:  For easy installation anywhere, the Rosemount 85 Pipe Clamp Temperature Sensor offers a selection of clamp sizes and materials to provide an adaptable surface temperature measurement solution over a wide range of temperatures. This platinum, resistance temperature detector (RTD) sensor comes with a silver or nickel tip for improved response time and is an ideal solution for applications with high velocities, heavy liquids or particulates. The spring-loaded sensor ensures optimal surface contact for improved performance.
