Rosemount™ RDO Optical Dissolved Oxygen System

Rosemount™ RDO Optical Dissolved Oxygen System: The RDO® sensor and analyzer is intended for the determination of dissolved oxygen in water. It is ideal for use in wastewater aeration basins and ponds. The sensor can be calibrated either against a referee instrument or in water-saturated air. Air calibration is completely automatic.


Rosemount™ 499ADO Dissolved Oxygen Sensor

Rosemount™ 499ADO Dissolved Oxygen Sensor: The 499ADO is a membrane covered amperometric sensor that continuously measures dissolved oxygen between 0 and 20 ppm. The primary application is wastewater aeration basins.


Rosemount 499 ACL Free Chlorine Sensor

Rosemount™ 499ACL Free Chlorine Sensor: The 499ACL is a family of membrane covered amperometric sensors used for measuring free chlorine, total chlorine, and monochloramine. The Free Chlorine Sensor, 499ACL-01, does not require sample pre-treatment or expensive reagents to maintain. The Total Chlorine Sensor, 499ACL-02, eliminates the need for pH correction with a standard reagent sampling system. The Monochloramine sensor, 499ACL-03 does not use reagents or sample pre-treatment for measurement. All three sensors have an easily replaceable membrane that does not require special tools.

Rosemount™ OCX8800 Oxygen and Combustibles Transmitter: The Rosemount OCX8800 Combustion Flue Gas Transmitter provides a continuous, accurate measurement of the oxygen and combustibles remaining in flue gases from a combustion process. The time-tested and world renowned zirconium oxide sensor is the basis for the oxygen measurement. This, coupled with the new combustibles sensor can detect oxygen and combustibles concentrations in flue gases with temperatures up to 2600°F (1427°C).

Rosemount X-STREAM Enhanced XEGP Continuous Gas Analyzer

Rosemount™ X-STREAM Enhanced XEGP Continuous Gas Analyzer: The X-STREAM Enhanced XEGP general purpose continuous gasanalyzer measures up to five components simultaneously in various combinations. Its versatile design allows physical benches to be installed in their own compartment, separate from the electronics and comes in a 19 inch rack mount or table top enclosure.


Rosemount™ CT5100 Continuous Gas Analyzer

Rosemount™ CT5100 Continuous Gas Analyzer: Emerson” s Rosemount CT5100 continuous gas analyzer is the first Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) system developed for process gas analysis and emissions monitoring. The CT5100 is available in two variants: a certified system, housed in a purged and pressurized enclosure for hazardous area installations (illustrated); and a non-certified system for use in nonhazardous areas. Both can house up to six lasers to measure multiple components in the gas stream simultaneously. The laser arrangement consolidates the measurement requirements into a single gas analyzer.

Rosemount™ CT5800 Continuous Gas Analyzer: Emerson” s Rosemount CT5800 continuous gas analyzer is the first Quantum Cascade Laser (QCL) analyzer designed for industrial process applications requiring Class I, Division 2 hazardous area certification. Built within a flameproof enclosure, the CT5800″ s unique cell design enables high accuracy measurement of concentrations of impurities down to low ppm levels in the gas streams, and is ideal for Hydrogen purity, Nitrogen purity and Ethylene purity applications. With up to six laser modules housed inside the same enclosure, the CT5800 analyzer can measure up to twelve components simultaneously, greatly reducing the need for multiple analyzers.
