JOB DESCRIPTION

The position of Electrical Services is responsible for all the repairs, installation and maintenance of Rosemount products, as well as Application Assistance on customer sites and in the shop.  This role ensures that all quality standards and customer satisfaction is met.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to learn to perform and analyze thermography surveys on electrical equipment.
  • Electrical installations of automation systems including panel installation, communication cabling, power and grounding surveys.
  • Provide preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and contract on customer’s site.
  • Ability to learn field service support of EIM & Bettis electric, pneumatic and other actuator products.
  • Field service support of Lakeside’s measurement products such as: Rosemount level/flow/pressure/temperature, Micromotion, and other products
  • Involvement in maintenance/repair of electric and pneumatic actuation products and measurement instrumentation.
  • Interfaces with internal and external customers
  • Interfaces with sales team to take care of customer requirements
  • Requirement for some overtime as required to meet customer requirements
  • Participate in 7/24 on-call support
  • Ability to learn Installation and Calibration of Flame and Gas Detection Systems
  • Perform maintenance of electrical equipment and system reliability.
  • Evaluate and recommend programs, systems and tools for the operations groups for meeting and exceeding unit continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide assistance/input to sales teams and staff inquires

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Basic knowledge of process control and instrumentation
  • Automation systems

  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills and problem solving abilities
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, report writing
  • Good communication skills are a requirement (written and verbal)

  • Experience in calibration, installation and maintenance.
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience
  • Construction electrician license 309A
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Obtain their Master Electrician License (asset)

Shipper/Receiver (Mississauga, ON)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As part of the Warehouse Team, the Shipper/Receiver is responsible for performing material movement duties including controlling/managing incoming inventory, interacting with internal customers and carriers to arrange shipping. This position will require regular loading and unloading of shipments. The Shipper/Receiver must be capable of repetitive heavy lifting and be able to use various types of equipment when necessary, e.g. lift truck, fork lift, etc. They are also accountable for the inspection of incoming shipments and must verify its contents for quality assurance. The Shipper/Receiver plays a crucial role in other business functions and must efficiently manage incoming inventory and maintain excellent relations with shipping companies.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Unpacking and inspection of received goods for damage and count
  • Assembling containers and crates, pack goods to be shipped and affix proper identifying information and shipping instructions
  • Arranging for carriers for customer shipments, and coordinating for customer pick-ups as necessary
  • May operate forklift, hand truck or other equipment to load and store goods
  • Maintaining and correcting computer stocking system daily for inventory changes
  • Verifying packing slips to purchase orders
  • Conducting monthly cycle counts for inventory
  • Final testing and shipping of product

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • College certificate/diploma or higher
  • Forklift certification
  • CPR/First Aid, and Transportation of Dangerous Goods Certification would be preferred assets

We are seeking a fitness professional who exemplifies a passion for people, wellness and makes fitness fun! We are looking for an individual with experience teaching any of the following genres – Sculpt, Zumba, Cardio box, Yoga and Pilates.

We are looking for someone to teach Tuesday evening classes from 5 to 6 o’clock, and to substitute for an occasional class on Wednesday evenings.

The CSR is responsible for collaborating with their functional group and their sales team to ensure a superior level of customer service that exceeds customer expectations through order entry and correspondence with assigned customer accounts.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing customer relationships by accommodating preferences and maintaining professional level of communication
  • Complete order management, including data entry, procurement, expediting, updating information in business system and status reports, obtaining and storing correspondence and documentation
  • Managing team’s product returns from the point of customer request through to completion

The position of the Account Manager is responsible for developing and achieving maximum profitable sales volume of products sold by Lakeside Process Controls Ltd., in an assigned territory. The Account Manager must develop and maintain assigned customers, a preference for purchasing process control equipment and solutions.

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with management personnel of major customers and other personnel in various functional departments, such as: engineering, purchasing, maintenance, production and expediting.
  • Develop and implement strategies at key accounts to promote partnering. Take full responsibility for management of designated accounts, including recommendations for both short and long term strategies. (i.e. Account Plans)

Lakeside Process Controls Ltd. is seeking an energetic, self-motivated, highly driven, Mechanical Assembly Technician to join its growing team. The ideal candidate must have experience working in a mechanical manufacturing company, and all related skill sets (ie. Assembly, test, and material handling)

 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Assemble valves per assembly work instructions
  • Test valves per test procedures
  • Perform corrective and preventative maintenance on valves, actuators and instrumentation equipment
  • Repaid and install actuators and perform other duties as needed

 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Knowledge of valves, pneumatic, electric and hydraulic valve actuators
  • Knowledge of interpretation of engineering drawings and dimensioning using Vernier calipers, micrometers etc.
  • Knowledge of safe use of slinging/rigging, overhead crane operation and forklift operation
  • Knowledge of process automation systems an asset
  • Knowledge of ASME Code as it applies to safety relief devices an asset
  • Knowledge of health and safety issues and regulations

Required:

  • One to Five (1-5) years’ of hands on mechanical and/or manufacturing experience
  • Technician/Technologist College diploma in related field an asset
  • Experience in assembling, setting and testing ASME Safety Relief Valves an asset
  • Experience in repair and maintenance of valves (including ASME Safety Relief Valves) and actuators an asset
  • Experience with Millwrighting, machining and welding all considered an asset
  • Experience working in an ISO 9001:2008 working environment an asset
