AON Best Employer Award - Best Small and Medium Organizations
The AON Best Employer Award study is conducted annually by AON Hewitt, a global human resources consulting firm and Queens School of Business. The Best Employers Study provides an in-depth view into the opinions of employees and leadership throughout the organization. Companies are ranked based on feedback collected in an extensive employee opinion survey where individuals are given the opportunity to critique organizational practices and provide anonymous in-depth feedback on their perspectives of the organization’s leadership team and processes.

Lakeside is one of ten winners on this list, out of 236 organizations who participated. Lakeside has been on this list for more than five years.

Canada’s Best Managed Companies - Platinum Member
Canada’s Best Managed Companies is the country’s leading business awards program. Established in 1993, the program recognizes excellence in Canadian-owned and managed companies. Program winners are selected by an independent panel of judges who assess the caliber of management abilities and evaluate how companies address various business challenges.

Lakeside continues to maintain its Platinum Club member status and has been recognized as a Best Managed Company since 2002.

Best Workplaces Canada
The Great Place to Work® Institute is a global research, consulting and training firm that helps organizations identify, create and sustain great workplaces through the development of high-trust workplace cultures. Based on the results of a survey completed by the employees and a written submission outlining various best practices set by the organization, the program uses set criteria to provide data relative to the five trust building dimensions of a Great Place to Work®; credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie.

Lakeside has been recognized for five consecutive years in the Best Workplaces Competition by the Great Place to Work® Institute. Lakeside recently ranked 47th on the list of Medium-Sized Great Workplaces out of over 300 participating organizations.
