Flow Fundamentals

This session is focused on fluid properties.  Definition of Viscosity, Density, Standard Conditions and the basics of flow terminology. 

Part B
DP Flow Best Practices

This session discusses the principal of DP Flow measurement and Best Practices for selecting primary elements and DP transmitters for your flow measurement.  Advantages fully compensated Mass Measurement using latest Multivariable transmitters for liquid and gas measurement.
• Primary Elements - orifice plate, venturi, Annubar, new Compact and Conditioning, Orifice plates
• DP Transmitters latest evolution
• Multi-Variable Transmitters
• Selecting the Correct Primary Elements and Transmitters
• Quantify the “Total Performance Accuracy” 

Part C
Vortex Technology

This session will discuss the theory of operation, and selection guidelines for new Mass Vortex and Reducer Vortex Technology.

Magnetic Flow Meter Technology

This session will discuss the theory of operation, selection and installation guidelines for magnetic flow meters.

Micro Motion Coriolis

This session will discussion the theory of operation and the benefits of Micro Motion Coriolis meters for the following: 
• Mass Flow, Density and Temperature
• Advances in Coriolis in Entrained Gas and Empty to Full to Empty Flow
• New 2-wire Transmitter
• Meter Verification
• Enhanced Density Capability
• Gas Measurement 

Product Demonstrations will be available throughout the day. 

Throughout the sessions, we will discuss diagnostics for each technology and utilize AMS Device Manager to demonstrate the information available.
