Health Coverage
Company-paid medical and dental coverage from first day of active employment for the employee, spouse, and eligible dependent children. Additional benefits include life insurance and disability coverage as well as liberal time-off options.
Retirement and Savings
Group Registered Retirement Savings Plan. Employees may contribute to their retirement with before-tax dollars through a payroll deduction. This contribution is eligible for company matching. A variety of tools are available including online or telephone services to help you monitor your contribution amounts and investment returns.
Employee and Family Support Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is a confidential, professional counseling service for employees and their family members to help with life’s challenges (e.g. relationships, children, etc.)
